To use the agam66 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to agam66 at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. agam66 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate information. If your details change, you must update your Account profile promptly or contact support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. agam66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials. You must notify agam66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
agam66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point during your Account lifecycle — particularly before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, and proof of address (e.g., a recent bank statement or utility bill in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
All Accounts on the agam66 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are transacted in IDR. No currency conversion fees are applied by agam66, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
agam66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match your verified Account identity. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no set maximum deposit, though agam66 reserves the right to apply daily or weekly deposit limits at its sole discretion, particularly pending KYC completion. Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes, subject to banking system availability.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal circumstances. agam66 reserves the right to request KYC verification before approving any withdrawal.

agam66 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent. Such reviews may extend processing times by up to 48 hours, during which the Player will be notified.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a legitimate agam66 transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. agam66 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means in the event of an illegitimate chargeback.
agam66 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer games, specific slot titles, or sportsbook bets below certain minimum odds) may not contribute fully — or at all — toward meeting the wagering requirement. Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in genuine wagering activity. agam66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and collusion between Players to exploit promotional terms.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance. agam66 will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances unless a system error is identified and confirmed by our technical team.
All bets and wagers placed on the agam66 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. agam66 will not accept claims for cancellation of a correctly placed bet on the grounds of a Player's error in selection or stake amount.
Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules for each sport, league, and market type as published in the agam66 sportsbook rules section. In the event of a result being disputed, postponed, voided, or abandoned, agam66's decision — made in accordance with its published sport-specific rules — shall be final. agam66 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and more than 30 other sports disciplines including badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports.
All casino and slot game outcomes on the agam66 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professionally operated live studio procedures. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in each game's information panel. agam66 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.
agam66 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, or per day. These limits are published on the relevant game or betting market page. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a single bet or game session may be capped at the published limit regardless of the game outcome.

While agam66 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, scores, and game information displayed on the Platform, agam66 does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from reliance on information that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error or data feed failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if agam66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
agam66's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their agam66 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your agam66 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
agam66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where agam66 closes an Account for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's payment method. Where closure is due to Player breach or misconduct, agam66 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
